According to motorbike experts, it would always be best to pick 29-32 inches seat height motorcycles. However, if you’re more than 5’5, then you can cross this recommended limit. And if you’re a beginner rider, you should always choose a motorbike with less than 600 CC engines.

However, you can cross the limit if you’re taller than 5’5.

And if you’re a beginner rider, you should never cross the 600 CC engine limit. It’s mainly because high CC motorbikes are somewhat aren’t very stable, and beginners don’t have enough experience to handle these powerful machines.

What if  You’re Unable to Choose a Good Size Motorcycle?

So far you must have understood some numbers which you should always keep in mind while buying motorbikes. Now the question arises what if you’re unable to choose a suitable size motorcycle?

If you choose a motorbike above your height, you’re likely to face discomfort. However, this problem can be tackled by modifying your boots’ soles or by making some small adjustments to your motorbike. And if you are a beginner but still choose to buy high CC motorbikes, you’re likely to face power issues. 

Although buying a taller bike does not bother much. But you’ll definitely find it challenging if you’re a beginner.

Why Should You Stay Away from High CC Motorcycles?

Thanks to Hollywood, many beginners still think that high CC motorcycles are way too good for all riders. But experts don’t recommend riding high CC motorcycles for beginners.

High CC motorcycles come with enormous horsepower machinery, which helps these high CC motorbikes to catch up at high speed in a short period. 

Also, if you’re a beginner, you’re unlikely to use an enormous power bike, which isn’t a cost-effective option either.  

And that’s why experts never recommend riding a high CC motorcycle if you’re a beginner. 

The best thing which you can do is to purchase and ride low CC motorbikes for a while. And later, the trade-off your low CC motorbike for a high CC motorbike.

Manufacturers made this beginner-friendly motorcycle for short-height people as this motorbike comes with 30.9 inches seat height.  

The manufacturer fitted a 399 CC engine in this motorbike which makes it one of the best motorbikes for city riders. 

The best thing about this motorbike is that this motorbike is stylish and looks precisely like 600 CC motorcycles. If you’re a beginner short rider, this motorbike can be a game-changer for you. 

Yamaha YZF-R3: 

Yamaha YZF-R3 is probably one of the beginner-friendly yet stylish motorbikes available out there. 

This motorbike has only 368 lbs weight which makes it easy to control by any beginner short rider. More interestingly, this motorbike comes with 30.7 inches of seat height, which I think is pretty good for any short rider.
