In simpler words, you need a motorbike license to register your motorbike. But do you know that motorbike insurance costs highly depend on the rider’s age?

In Illinois, you must have an L license if riding a scooter under 150 CC engines. But if your scooter has over 150 CC engines, you must have a class M license. 

Class M license will permit you to ride the motorbike or any two-wheeler with over 150 CC engines. 

Do You Need a Motorbike License for Over 150 CC Scooters in California?
